C.    AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION - Sign-up/Comment Sheet is located in the Council Chambers before the meeting. Members of the audience will have three minutes to speak. If you plan on commenting remotely via Zoom, instructions on how to comment are included at the bottom of the agenda. Audience members speaking remotely will be asked to participate first. After the remote audience participation is over, in-person speakers will be asked to speak.

Items listed below will be enacted by one motion. If separate discussion is desired on an item, that item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda at the request of a Councilmember.

       1.    Approval of Bills: $672,359.22

       2.    Approval of Payroll: $752,258.80

       3.    Approval of May 22, 2023, City Council Minutes.

       4.    Authorize the purchase of office furniture for the second floor remodel.

       1.    Plover repair contract extension with Drayton Harbor Maritime. (Wenger)

       2.    Refunding Water General Facility Fees (GFF) to DJ & DJ. (Heverling) 

       3.    Waiving the second reading and adopting Ordinance 23-2998, Adopting amendments to the City’s Municipal Code by revising Chapter 2, 5, 6, 9, and 10 of the Blaine Municipal Code to clarify and update the City’s regulation of criminal conduct, civil infraction violations, and vehicle impoundments.        4.    Blaine Senior Center rooftop unit replacement – contract approval. (McSpadden)
