1. Ordinance 22-2982, Revising Title 2 of the Blaine Municipal Code to remove outdated code language and to correct errors. (Jones)

Ordinance 22-2980, Providing for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $7,500,000 principal amount of water and sewer revenue bonds to finance sewer improvements and other capital improvements; fixing or setting parameters with respect to certain terms and covenants of the bonds; appointing the City’s designated representative to approve the final terms of the sale of the bonds; and providing for other related matters.
