Due to Governor Inslee’s proclamation in response to COVID-19, this City Council meeting will be conducted in-person and virtually. Councilmembers and the public will be in attendance in the City Council Chambers. Those wishing to listen or watch the meeting live will be able to call one of the numbers below, or click the link to watch the live stream. Other than the audience participation portion or a public hearing, all callers will be muted during the meeting. All City Council meeting recordings are on the City’s website. Instructions on how to listen live to the City Council meeting are below:

Masks: Per the new masking requirements issued by Governor Inslee on August 18, 2021, all audience members, City staff, and City Councilmembers will be required to wear a proper face covering during the entirety of the City Council meeting. If you don’t have a mask the City will provide one to you. If you are unable to wear a mask, you will be asked to participate in the meeting virtually through the link or phone number below.
