The purpose of this code is to stipulate what constitutes a nuisance. For example, having a junk vehicle in your front yard, or storing household garbage on your property, is a violation of BMC 8.10.

Blaine Municipal Code 8.14: Unfit, Improperly Maintained or Substandard Structures or Premises (DOCX)

The purpose of this code is to stipulate what constitutes an unfit, improperly maintained or substandard structure or premises. For example, a structure that is dilapidated to the point where it is structurally unsound, or the building is missing windows, is in violation of BMC 8.14

Blaine Municipal Code 2.54: Unified Enforcement Code (DOCX)

The purpose of this code is to stipulate the process for enforcing certain Municipal Codes. The code enforcement process for Title 8 (Health and Safety), 15 (Buildings and Construction), and 17 (Land Use Development) of Blaine's Municipal Code will now be located in the newly created Unified Enforcement Code.
