Proposal

Amend the Highway Commercial Zoning District Subzone C development standards contained in Blaine Municipal Code Sections 17.24, 17.124, and 17.126. Amendments include revisions to permitted and conditional uses, setbacks, building height, parking, access, design, and landscape standards.
